The opportunity
As Regional Managing Director & Principal Partner, you will be responsible for establishing and growing the thexton armstrong business throughout France.
Initially, you will establish your own SME client portfolio, demonstrating the model within the French market before progressively leading wider regional expansion. As the business develops, your role will increasingly evolve towards recruiting, mentoring and supporting Partners and Associates across the country.
Your objective is not simply to build a consulting practice.
Your objective is to build and lead a national SME advisory organisation. You will be supported by proven methodologies, structured systems and an experienced international leadership team, allowing you to focus on building the business rather than developing a concept from first principles.
What you will build
- Establish and lead the thexton armstrong business in France
- Build a portfolio of SME mentoring and advisory clients
- Develop regional marketing and brand awareness initiatives
- Recruit, onboard and support future Partners throughout France
- Build a national network of business partners and advisors
- Develop recurring revenue streams through client relationships and the growth of the partner network.
- Create a scalable regional organisation with long‑term enterprise value.
