France Regional Growth Director — Sustainability & Strategy

DESOTEC is seeking a Regional Business Director France to lead our French market with strategy, ownership and people leadership. You will translate growth opportunities into results, coach 8 Sales Managers and own pricing, P&L and performance.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations and HQ, travel as needed, and shape our sustainable growth across Europe while reinforcing DESOTEC's market position and long-term impact.
