Lead the Future of Payroll & HR Operations in France

At Newell Brands , we are transforming the way HR services are delivered. To support this ambition, we are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking France Payroll & HR Operations Manager to lead our French Payroll & HR Operations function.

What You'll Do

Lead Payroll & HR Operations Excellence

• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery across France.
• Oversee all HR Operations activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Act as the go-to expert on payroll, employee administration, and compliance matters.
• Manage complex cases and support audits, inspections, and governance requirements.

Drive Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Lead initiatives to standardize and improve processes.
• Enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to the evolution of our HR operating model.
• Support HR technology projects and future system implementations.

Leverage Data and Technology

• Own payroll and HR Operations data governance.
• Deliver insightful reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
• Partner with global teams on HR systems enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

Build and Develop a High-Performing Team

• Lead, coach, and inspire the France Payroll & HR Operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive capability building and talent development within the team.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Significant experience in Payroll and HR Administration within France.
• Proven experience managing teams and developing talent.
• Strong background in international and matrix organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of French payroll, labor law, and HR administration.
• Strong HRIS and reporting capabilities.
• Experience improving processes and driving operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
