France Ophthalmology Brand Lead - Associate Director

Santen in Paris is seeking an Associate Director Marketing to define, lead and own the France brand plans for the Dry Eye and Glaucoma portfolios, including prescription and CE devices. You will align with EMEA leadership and drive long-term growth and market access.

This role requires 8–10+ years of marketing experience in pharma, strong cross-functional leadership, and proven product launches. You will manage multichannel campaigns, engage with key opinion leaders, and oversee budgets and ROI.
