France Mid-Market CSM: Drive Retention & Expansion

Tryriot is seeking a Customer Success Manager to maximize value for our Enterprise and Mid-Market clients. You will own a large portfolio, drive retention and expansion, and advise customers on best product usage to unlock additional value.

Based in Paris or willing to relocate, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to optimize the customer journey and outcomes, while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
