France MAWM Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve functional issues that arise post implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions.
• Work with analysts to provide issue resolution utilizing supply chain technologies.
• Perform testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner.
• Primary activities include client communication, testing, issues resolution, and post implementation support.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor?s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field.
• 1 year of experience developing, supporting or implementing packaged application software.
• 6 months experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database.
• Requires up to 50% travel.
