France Market Entry Leader: SaaS Sales & Growth

Fracttal seeks a Country Sales Manager for France to lead the market entry, establish a local subsidiary, and build a high-performing sales team. You will own the sales strategy, budget, and performance, working with the CSO and COO to achieve targets.

You will design the team structure, recruit local hires, set goals and quotas, and drive outbound lead generation, bids, and customer success collaboration to grow the French portfolio.
