France Key Account Manager (French Market)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager for France to support the establishment and scaling of our business in the French market. As a core business role, you will be responsible for key account development, channel operation and sales target delivery, execute local go-to-market strategies, and drive steady revenue growth to solidify NAVEE's position in the French smart mobility and electronics ecosystem.
About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing the company’s French market go-to-market strategy and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution & Performance Delivery
- Execute the company’s French market go-to-market strategy in line with global corporate layout.
- Complete individual and regional sales KPIs including order booking, revenue and customer delivery targets.
- Track daily/weekly business data, analyze market gaps, and deliver actionable optimization plans to ensure consistent over-target performance.
- Develop, maintain and deepen long-term cooperative relationships with local French distributors, retailers and core strategic clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle key account management, including business negotiation, order follow-up, demand communication and after-sales problem coordination.
- Continuously optimize channel partner quality, assist partner enablement, and improve channel sales efficiency and customer loyalty.
- Local Market Business Development
- Support the construction and iteration of localized online-offline hybrid sales and distribution channels.
- Collect front-end French market demands, user feedback and sales pain points, and feed back to the team to assist business model optimization.
- Support 0-to-1 business landing and incremental expansion of local market business.
- Continuously monitor French local market trends, end-consumer behavior, and competitor product strategies, pricing and channel policies.
- Sort out market opportunities and potential risks regularly, and provide practical business suggestions for regional market adjustment.
- Business Operation & Customer Experience Management
- Coordinate internal resources to support sales operation, logistics delivery and customer service work.
- Ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain stable and positive cooperation with core stakeholders of key accounts.
Qualifications
- Education & Language
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fluent in English for daily work communication; advanced French proficiency is a strong plus.
- Professional Experience
- 5-10 years of relevant sales and key account management experience in consumer electronics, E-Scooter or home appliances industries.
- Familiar with European channel operation, cross-border trade and local market sales modes.
- Have practical experience in market business expansion and key account development, with a verifiable sales performance track record.
- Market Experience
- Rich working experience in Western Europe, with relevant business operation experience in the French market preferred.
- Experience in cooperating with European local distributors/retail chain channels is highly preferred.
- Competence & Personal Attributes
- Good cross-cultural communication, negotiation and key account relationship management skills, able to adapt to European business communication habits.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, result-oriented, with strong execution and responsibility.
- Able to adapt to fast-growing business environment, withstand sales pressure and achieve continuous business growth.
- Sensitive to local market changes, good at capturing business opportunities and solving practical sales problems.
