France HR Leader & Strategic People Partner

BIC World in France is seeking a Senior HR Manager & Country HR Leader to define and drive HR/Engagement strategy for France and the Clichy HQ. You will lead labor relations, social dialogue, and payroll delivery while partnering with HRBPs to ensure consistent HR practices across populations.

You will oversee HR transformation, employee experience, and change initiatives, coordinating with Global HR and Centres of Expertise to meet France-specific legal and cultural requirements.
