France HR Leader & Country People Partner

BIC World is seeking a Senior HR Manager & Country HR Leader to oversee France and Clichy HQ. This dual leadership role combines HR strategy with local governance, service delivery, and social dialogue to ensure an exceptional employee experience.

You will partner with leadership and HRBPs to deploy the HR Target Operating Model, manage payroll and labor relations, and lead change programs across France, including disability initiatives and executive support.
