France Healthcare Training Lead — Onsite & Impact

Voize is seeking a Customer Training Manager to design and scale our training program for France. You will adapt a German-market methodology for French healthcare facilities, leading on-site sessions and building materials for 10-15 caregiver groups.

Based in France with travel up to 2–3 weeks per month, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Product and our German team to optimize approaches and measure adoption, while ensuring GDPR compliance and high documentation quality.
