France Customer Marketing Strategist

LumApps is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for France to drive customer lifecycle initiatives, advocacy, and retention. You will collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product Marketing to translate insights into impactful programmes across onboarding, adoption, engagement, and expansion.

You will build account-based campaigns, manage customer journeys, and track KPIs to demonstrate impact on pipeline and revenue, while working in a Hybrid environment with regional teams.
