France Country Sales Leader — SaaS Market Entry

Fracttal is seeking a Country Sales Manager for France to lead the launch and management of its commercial operations in France, including establishing the subsidiary, building a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth.

You will own the local sales strategy, budget, and performance, collaborate with the CSO and COO, recruit and mentor the team, develop forecasts, and drive outbound leads while ensuring alignment with Marketing and Customer Success.
