France Country Sales Lead — SaaS Market Entry Founder

Fracttal is expanding into France and seeks a Country Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales operation, establish a legal subsidiary, and build a high-performing team. You will own the France strategy, budgets, and performance, collaborating closely with the CSO and COO to meet or exceed targets.

The role focuses on market-entry execution, recruitment and coaching, and developing robust sales channels while ensuring world-class documentation, reporting, and partner collaboration.
