All Interests Aligned seeks a seasoned executive to lead a family-owned SME in France as CEO-owner through its MBI program. You will manage origination, due diligence, and a structured transition, with investors providing backing across the acquisition lifecycle.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in general management with full P&L accountability and 10–15 years post-undergraduate experience, plus deep local market knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.
