France Celergo Payroll Implementation Consultant

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM practice. Our client is seeking an experienced ADP Celergo Payroll Implementation Consultant to support a multi-entity payroll implementation in France. The ideal consultant will possess strong knowledge of French payroll processes, labor requirements, and ADP Celergo, along with fluent French and English language capabilities. This consultant will serve as a key resource during the implementation lifecycle while also providing interim payroll support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of ADP Celergo for four French legal entities, partnering with the client and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide subject matter expertise on French payroll requirements, statutory regulations, payroll processing practices, and country-specific compliance considerations.
• Assist with requirements gathering, solution validation, testing, payroll parallel activities, and go-live readiness.
• Review and validate payroll configuration to confirm alignment with French payroll regulations and business requirements.
• Participate in client workshops, project meetings, and implementation activities conducted in both French and English.
• Support data validation, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Provide local language support, including translation assistance for payroll-related project documentation and discussions.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and best practice guidance to client payroll and project teams.
• Provide supplemental payroll preparation and uploader support for a French entity during a temporary resource coverage period.
• Collaborate closely with ADP, client stakeholders, and project team members to support successful deployment and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience implementing ADP Celergo payroll solutions.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll processing, statutory requirements, taxation, social security, and labor regulations.
• Fluent French and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country payroll implementations.
• Ability to perform payroll testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue analysis.
• Experience serving as a client-facing payroll consultant or payroll subject matter expert.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project priorities in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of payroll data interfaces, payroll uploader processes, and payroll operations is preferred.

Duration:

This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an anticipated start date in November/December 2026 for project preparation activities. The primary implementation support is expected from January 2027 through April 2027, with additional ongoing payroll support as needed.

Working Hours:

Remote engagement. Consultant should be able to accommodate collaboration across Central European and North American business hours as needed. Occasional travel within France may be requested but is not a mandatory requirement.
