Fragrance Packaging Materials Innovation Lead

The Estée Lauder Companies in Paris seeks an Associate Fellow of Packaging Material Science & Technology (Fragrance) to lead material science strategy for fragrance packaging. You will collaborate with R&D, Packaging Development, Packaging Engineering and external suppliers to drive innovative packaging solutions.

You will evaluate new materials, guide development across polymers and coatings, and ensure compatibility with product formulations while balancing performance, cost and sustainability.
