Fractional SVP of Engineering — Scale SaaS Platforms

Madfish is seeking a Fractional SVP Engineering for a full-time (40 hrs/week) 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading engineering organizations and scaling SaaS product development. Candidates must be able to work during any US business hours (EST–PST) and have at least C1 English proficiency.

A deep understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Agile methodologies is crucial. This role offers the opportunity to impact engineering strategy in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
