FP&A Manager (SaaS)

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, VC-backed SaaS business looking to hire an Interim FP&A leader to build and optimise a best-in-class finance function.

This is a high-impact role with real ownership - ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, driving automation, and turning finance into a true commercial partner.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Own SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, churn, etc.) and deliver clear, actionable insight
• Transform FP&A processes – improve accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Drive automation and enhance planning/reporting tools
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing & Product
• Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team

What we’re looking for

• Proven FP&A leadership in a SaaS or subscription business
• Strong track record of process improvement and scaling finance functions
• Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Hands-on, data-driven, and systems-savvy
• Qualified / Practice trained is preferred but not essential
