FP&A Manager Central Functions

Join us as an FP&A Manager to own financial performance across Qonto's Product, Tech, and Ops departments, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation. You will report to Emmanuel Le Feuvre, our Lead FP&A Central Functions, in a high‑ownership role at the center of a team building new financial tools that are reshaping how FP&A works at Qonto.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the financial partner to Product, Tech, and Ops leaders, challenging assumptions and driving sharper decisions.
• Turn analysis into decisions by owning the financial view of your scope and translating it into clear recommendations, not just reports.
• Automate reporting, dashboards, and forecasting cadences through AI agents and internal tooling, freeing time for partner‑focused judgment.
• Manage multiple concurrent work streams across departments, taking full accountability for delivery without hand‑holding or waiting for direction.

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years in FP&A, finance consulting, or a related field, ideally in SaaS, tech, or fintech.
• A business partner mindset, capable of influencing decisions and pushing back when necessary.
• Experience building processes or owning projects from scratch without a template.
• Strong financial modelling skills and data fluency, comfortable building models for non‑finance stakeholders; proficiency in Gsheet/Excel with coding, SQL or BI is a plus.
• Clear, structured communication that conveys complex financial analysis to senior audiences and distinguishes insight from noise.

Emmanuel Le Feuvre is the Lead FP&A Central Function. He began his finance career at AXA Partners US, then moved to Wakam where he developed expertise in financial planning and OPEX management. Emmanuel is known for turning financial data into strategic insight, providing genuine exposure to how financial analysis shapes organizational decisions and encouraging the same from his team.
