FP&A Manager

About the role:
The FP&A Manager is responsible for the full P&L and for driving the monthly FP&A agenda. The role also supports AOP and acts as a key link between Marketing, Sales Planning, and the wider cross-functional Finance team. In addition to its strong business partnering and analytical scope, this is also a people management role, with responsibility for leading and developing one direct report. This position plays an important role in understanding business performance, influencing key revenue and cost drivers, and providing clear, data-driven insights to support financial targets and strategic decision-making.
Main responsibilities
- Lead FP&A across all categories, with full P&L responsibility
- Understand and influence both revenue and cost drivers across the business
- Execute the monthly actualization process, including P&L variance analysis, insights, and issue resolution
- Support the Demand Review process by partnering with marketers on demand forecast inputs and validating driver assumptions
- Support the build of the AOP and Strategic Plans
- Provide analytical support on business results and recommend actions to help achieve financial targets
- Prepare modeling, analysis, and management summaries and presentations for business reviews and decision-making
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or business partnering roles, ideally within FMCG or another fast-paced commercial environment
- Strong P&L understanding, with the ability to connect financial results to underlying business drivers
- Solid commercial acumen and comfort working cross-functionally
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; comfort working with large datasets and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders at different levels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Compensation
For this position, the gross annual target base salary range is between: 52,542.00 - €58,380.00 This is based on a full-time contract and depending on your skills and experience.
In addition, this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus up to: 25% This bonus is subject to the terms and conditions of the bonus scheme.
