Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated FP&A Intern to join our Finance team for a six‑month internship. In this dual‑function role, you will support both the Corporate FP&A and Topline FP&A teams, gaining comprehensive experience in financial reporting, investor relations, and commercial profitability analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate FP&A
- Monthly Closing – assist in the monthly financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data reporting.
- Shareholder & Investor Relations – contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly shareholder decks, providing clear financial insights and KPIs to our investors.
- Process & Tool Automation (Pigment) – play a key role in continuous improvement of our financial processes by building, maintaining, and automating models within our EPM tool Pigment.
- Topline FP&A
- Deal Desk Operations – partner with commercial and legal teams to evaluate pricing structures, analyze discounts, and ensure financial viability of complex client contracts.
- Margin Analysis – conduct deep‑dive contribution margin analyses to identify trends, evaluate profitability of different business lines, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Ad‑hoc Analysis – provide analytical support for strategic projects and commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth.
About You
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Bac +5), ideally as a second gap‑year or final‑year internship.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Previous exposure to or interest in EPM tools such as Pigment is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken). Interaction with international teams and stakeholders is required.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative scale‑up environment.
