Contract Type Permanent Country FRANCE Location Octeville sur Mer Your opportunity Reporting to the Central FP&A Manager, you will work in strong collaboration with all finance de-partment and be responsible of the overall financial reporting to management. As FP&A controller you will be provider of reports and KPI’s for the support functions and all finance organization.

Your Mission
Budgeting And Forecasting- Ensure the execution of the financial closing, reporting, and forecasting processes (annual Budget, quarterly Outlook and closing, Monthly reporting) for the Sidel Management Unit. Providing relevant templates, guidelines, calendar.
- Execute the financial process for the annual Budget, quarterly Outlook and quarterly closing.
- Contribute to the preparation of the financial reporting to internal stakeholders (Regions, Supply Chain, EP&I, Services,…)
- Provide reports to all controlling stakeholders.
- Managing relevant KPI for the business (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly KPI construction and collection, Proactively contribute for defining new KPI needed from the business)
- Participate in ad hoc projects and management requests.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and work with operational teams to put them into action.
- Monitoring and controlling operational expenses to ensure budget and cost targets are met.
- Ensure compliance by various function within the group with Sidel PPG’s
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Ensure regular training session and exchanges with Regional and Central controlling teams to the existing and new reports.
Your Profile
Holding a master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, you can justify of at least 5 years’ experience in Controlling. You have solid knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principles, and a strong experience in SAP FI/CO in an international and industrial group. You are team player, result-oriented and you are able to evolve in a matrix organization. Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and experience in using BI Tools would be a plus. Advanced practice of Excel & PowerPoint is a must. A fluent level in English is required.
