ABOUT THE ROLE
As Group FP&A Analyst, you will not only dive deep into financial data and translate numbers into meaningful insights, you will also act as a true business partner to Business Departments and the Group FP&A team. We are looking for an ally we can rely on, someone who is comfortable navigating evolving contexts and can bring clarity even when not everything is defined, while maintaining a strong solution-driven mindset.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Group Senior FP&A Analyst, Country Heads of Finance and Heads of Corporate departments, ensuring a seamless flow of financial information and actionable insights across the organization. Your ability to combine solid automation capabilities with strong analytical skills will be essential to streamline processes, enhance reporting reliability, and support our strategic decision‑making.
Your insights will directly influence financial planning, performance discussions, and our path toward sustainable, profitable growth. We expect you to actively challenge the status quo, propose improvements, and contribute to building a more scalable, data‑driven FP&A function.
The Group FP&A Analyst reports to the Group FP&A Operations Manager and works closely with the Group FP&A Senior Analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing financial statements and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Consolidating and challenging detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
- Collaborating with the Country Heads of Finance and the Heads of Corporate departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting, provide recommendations to reach the annual budget, with a strong focus on opex.
- Participating in budgeting and strategic planning, providing data-driven insights to guide the Group's decisions.
- Supporting the Consolidation team for the quarterly consolidated accounts reporting (variance analysis and reconciliations with Management accounts)
- Performing quarterly and yearly SOX controls related to variance analyses (vs budget and previous year) and yearly budget
- Contributing to strategic Finance transformation projects (deployment of new tools, ensuring consistency of analytical referentials and charts of accounts)
- Coordinating intercompany flows processes for management fees, and ensuring their consistency across the Group
These responsibilities are not exhaustive and will evolve in line with DATA4's dynamic growth.

REQUIREMENTS
Education and experience
- You are a passionate and analytical individual with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and/or a similar role (ideally audit and internal group).
Technical skills
- You have good accounting analysis knowledge.
- Your analytical prowess, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights will drive your success in this role.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, seeking to challenge and improve what already exists.
- You adapt quickly to evolving contexts, embracing ambiguity with confidence and consistently focusing on solutions rather than problems.
- You are fluent in English and French and already evolved in international/multicultural context.
- You are proficient in using Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerBI. If you have already used and administered tools such as reporting tools (OneStream), ERP (Sage) and/or Yooz, this would be cherry on the cake!
