Job Description

You will be working directly with the founding team building advanced agentic AI systems and LLMs that power the end-to-end Steerlab platform. Using Gleam, Python, and JavaScript, you’ll work on building key parts of the stack, adding features, and shaping the future direction of the platform.

We’re Looking For Someone With

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Product focused: you aren’t coding for the sake of coding, but with an eye toward product impact and customer experience.
• High level of autonomy: you know how to get what you need to get the job done, and aren’t afraid to fix or improve things outside your scope.
• Team player: we value deep work as much as cross-team collaboration.
• Technical background:
  • Python, TypeScript
  • Bonus points for knowledge of vector DBs, any cloud provider (AWS/Azure or GCP), devops, message brokers, react, erlang/otp
