The Role
You will be Bonx's first Sales Development Representative for the UK and Nordics markets, reporting to Fabien, Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer the UK & Nordics pipeline from scratch using cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Engage C-level decision-makers (CEOs and COOs) within the manufacturing industry.
- Deliver high-quality meetings to AEs through seamless collaboration and hand-offs.
- Refine our market strategy by sharing real-time field insights on our pitch and tools.
- Own our CRM data integrity to build the best ERP market intelligence available.
- Define the sales standard as our first dedicated SDR for these regions.
Qualifications
- English native - non-negotiable.
- 6+ months experience as an SDR, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Driven, coachable and ambitious.
- High-velocity profile bringing momentum, confidence, and grit to the team.
- Competitive background in sports or music with proven discipline and commitment.
- Strong desire to experience the raw intensity of an early-stage startup.
