Windmill is seeking its first dedicated sales hire to build an outbound sales strategy from the ground up. This role focuses on a 50/50 mix of cold calls and email sequencing, targeting engineering teams that are evaluating Windmill's open-source product.

Your target for year one is achieving over $1M in new ARR, paving the way to hire and lead future SDRs. Ideal candidates will have a background in developer platforms and experience convincing large enterprises.
