Founding SDR: Build & Lead Our Outbound Engine

Windmill is hiring the first dedicated SDR to build outbound motion from the ground up around a popular open-source product. The role balances cold calling and email sequencing to book demos with platform teams and engineering leaders at mid-market and enterprise accounts.

You will construct the top of the funnel, run competitive displacement, and set up CRM reporting. Success in year one means closing $1M+ in new ARR and growing into a team lead.
