The Team You'll Join

A small team with uncommon backgrounds—a former professional soccer player, a published Physics PhD, a former CTO of an 8-figure-valuation startup, and a previously exited founder—who execute fast, push high standards, and care deeply about their work.

Job Description

As our first sales hire, you’ll lay the foundations, define the playbook, recruit the next hires, and shape Inflowpay’s entire commercial culture.

  • Contract: Full-time – Founding Sales position
  • Location: Paris (2 days office / 4 days remote)
  • Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission + Equity
  • Travel: Yes, if closing a deal requires flying to the other side of the world, you’re on the next plane
  • Language: Native English required (UK or US, flawless accent, non-negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build the outbound engine: set up and launch automated outbound sequences across the right channels
  • Run high-volume cold outbound—both handling positive replies and driving pure cold reach
  • Leverage our in-house stack: proprietary databases, AI agents, signal collection, scoring and filtering tools, enrichment—all interconnected to maximize your time on what matters

AI-First, Automation Everywhere

  • Identify every workflow that can be automated, and automate it
  • Continuously iterate on our outbound stack—full autonomy to test and adopt new tools
  • Build scalable processes the future team can plug into

Closing & Ownership

  • Own the full cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Travel when it matters— a strategic deal in NYC, London, or Singapore? You go
  • Build the team: over time, you’ll hire, onboard, and lead the next sales hires
