Founding Marketer
A disruptive HealthTech startup at the intersection of AI & high-precision hardware is looking for their Founding Marketer to lead their 2026 launch in the US and Europe.
The product is an innovation that could revolutionize the diagnosis of a certain type of disease.
The challenge
We are looking for a highly hands-on Marketing Officer to build and own our marketing from the ground up, working directly with the CEO.
This is a builder role: you will define our narrative and execute it across content, SEO, and creative production.
Key responsibilities include:
Own and craft our narrative and tone of voice across all channels
Create, write and publish website pages, SEO-driven articles, LinkedIn content, and marketing materials
Create high-quality visual and video assets
Drive SEO and organic growth
Manage external contributors (video, design, PR) when needed while remaining the primary content creator
It could be the perfect fit if you:
Are a true doer - you execute fast and autonomously
Are a strong writer (this is critical)
Have hands‑on experience in content, growth, or product marketing, with a successful B2C, D2C or physician‑facing product launch
Have experience building or shaping a new category or narrative
Have solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
Are very comfortable creating content yourself
Have a strong sense of neat aesthetics
Have 5+ years of experience (we care more about what you’ve built than years)
Are fluent in English – experience with the US market is strongly appreciated
Familiarity with medical/aesthetic healthcare is a nice‑to‑have though not mandatory
