Founding Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer | Paris Area | Aerospace & Defence Manufacturing

I'm working with a fast-growing advanced manufacturing company that is building a new production facility in France.

They're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join one of the founding teams on site and play a key role in developing manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions and helping scale production for high-precision CNC-machined components used in critical industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise CNC manufacturing processes
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from feasibility through production
• Create work instructions, control plans and manufacturing documentation
• Support DFM reviews and act as a technical interface with customers
• Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis and process validation
• Help establish quality systems and manufacturing standards from the ground up
• Contribute to the setup and growth of a new manufacturing facility

We're interested in people with experience in:

• Manufacturing Engineering
• Aerospace, Defence or High-Precision Manufacturing
