Founding Growth Manager — Own mobile UA end to end at a Paris-based health & fitness app studio. €5M pre-seed.

A Paris-based venture backed by serial entrepreneurs with €5M in pre-seed funding is building the #1 global app studio for Health & Fitness. Creator-led model: trusted experts, influencers, and athletes bring the audience — the company handles product, tech, growth, and monetisation. First app already live. Many more to follow.

As Founding Growth Manager, you own paid user acquisition end to end — channel strategy, creative direction, and the data that drives both. Dedicated creative manager and editor resources are yours to direct. You decide where every euro goes.

What You’ll Own

• Mobile UA — plan, launch, and scale campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, and more
• Creative strategy — set direction, angles, and testing roadmap; scale what wins
• Growth funnel — ASO, search ads, CRO
• Onboarding — web funnel and in-app, A/B tested and conversion-optimised
• Retention & CRM — automation to maximise LTV and reduce churn
• Data — own CAC, ROAS, LTV reporting; drive budget allocation with AppsFlyer, Amplitude, ad platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in mobile UA at app-core companies
• Independently managed $1M+ in monthly ad spend
• Expertise across TikTok, Instagram, Applovin, Meta, UAC, and web funnels
• Strong data skills — attribution modelling, analytics, UA automation
• Creative instincts — know what makes ads perform; structured testing pipeline experience
• Entrepreneurial, autonomous, fast-moving
• Passion for sports, wellness, or community-driven growth a plus
