The role

We are hiring our Founding Finance Manager / Finance Lead , our first dedicated finance hire .

This is a builder role : you will design, own, and scale Qobra’s financial backbone. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, taking full ownership of finance operations while preparing the company for its next growth milestones (US expansion, future fundraising, scale).

Today, Finance is owned by Antoine, CEO, with external help from a fractional finance advisory firm.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build before managing , and grow the Finance function over time. It’s a rare opportunity to structure finance from the ground up, rather than joining once everything is already in place.
