STATION F is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the first hire in this area. In this role, you'll run onboarding calls, educate customers, and ensure their success with Steerlab's solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS and strong communication skills in English. You'll work closely with the founders and product teams, set up successful customer experiences from scratch, and help shape the product based on customer feedback.
Located in Paris with occasional remote work authorized, this full-time position offers high trust and autonomy.
