Founding Chief of Staff & Strategy Lead

Steerlab in Paris is seeking a hands-on generalist operator to join the founders as their right hand and backbone of the company. You will lead high-priority initiatives end to end, partner with the founders to turn ambiguity into decisions, and build the operating cadence that keeps the team aligned and on pace.

You will own critical projects—from fundraising and partnerships to hiring and process improvements—while ensuring finance, planning, and governance run smoothly as the company scales.
