Founding Bilingual CSM — Paris/US, AI SaaS

Bravi is seeking a founding Customer Success Manager to own client relationships across France and the US. You will manage onboarding, deployment, adoption, and renewal for manufacturers, distributors, and installers relying on Bravi's AI agents.

You will work directly with founders, shape customer success as the company scales, and travel to meet clients on both sides of the Atlantic in a highly collaborative startup environment.
