Founding Account Manager – FinTech Payments (Remote)

Fipto is seeking a founding Account Manager to build the post-sale AM function from scratch. You’ll own the client relationship end-to-end, drive retention and expansion, and lay the foundations for a scalable AM motion across PSPs and large corporates.

You will work with Sales, Product, Operations, and Compliance to resolve client needs, define playbooks, and ensure a data-driven approach to portfolio health. Fluency in English and French is required.
