AI Product Leadership Opportunity

We are building a brand‑new, standalone AI product designed to revolutionize pipeline management and sales efficiency with the power of generative AI. We are looking for two EMEA Founding Account Executives to join this “startup within a startup.”

This is not a traditional AE role. You will be the first boots on the ground for this product in EMEA, building the machine from scratch—from cold outreach and lead generation to closing and defining our new early‑stage sales playbooks. You will own the German market fully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales funnel: hunt, prospect, qualify, and close your own deals.
  • Drive launch across EMEA, focusing on the German market and contributing to growth in the rest of Europe.
  • Co‑create the playbook: work directly with Product and Leadership to refine our value proposition for an evolving product.
  • Educate the market on our new AI product, selling a vision of the future of work beyond features.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within a founding or early‑stage environment (Series A or earlier). Selling to sales leaders is a plus.
  • Prospector at heart: comfortable picking up the phone or crafting creative cold‑outreach strategies.
  • Native in German and full fluency in English.
  • Adaptability: thrive in ambiguity and prefer a “blank slate” to a rigid corporate process.
  • Tech savvy: familiar with key CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and comfortable leveraging AI tools that support sales reps.
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
