Founding Account Executive (French market)

The Role
You will be one of the first Bonx Account Executives for the French market. You will report to Fabien, Head of Sales, and work alongside the founding team Alexandre & Rémi.
What You’ll Own
- Close mid-market deals ranging from €10k to €100k+ by refining and executing our sales process.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and demos to final negotiation and closing.
- Drive at least €150k+ ARR in your first quarter with complete autonomy.
- Contribute to prospecting efforts to maintain a healthy and consistent pipeline.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Sharpen our sales playbook by providing feedback on pricing, positioning, and value proposition.
- Partner with SDRs and Marketing to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.
- Coach and mentor junior reps as we scale the sales organization.
- Master CRM integrity by tracking KPIs and consistently delivering on revenue goals.
About You
- French native, English professional — both non-negotiable.
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with mid-market or enterprise cycles.
- Driven, coachable and ambitious!
- A proven track record of hitting quota — consistently, not occasionally.
- Comfortable with complex cycles involving multiple stakeholders: operations, production, quality, IT.
- CRM discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong data orientation.
- Hands‑on, ownership‑driven, relentless — you don't wait to be told what's broken; you fix it.
