Role overview
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and high‑performing founding Account Executive to lead our commercial expansion in France. This is a highly strategic, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in early‑stage environments and enjoys building from the ground up. You will own the entire sales cycle in the French market: from identifying and engaging prospects, identifying key market partners, to closing deals with key customers and building long‑term relationships with security leaders. As one of the first commercial hires, you will work directly with the founders and play a critical role in defining our sales motion, messaging, and market specific needs. You will have the opportunity to shape our go‑to‑market strategy in France and contribute to our broader European expansion plans. This role is ideal for someone with strong cybersecurity SaaS sales experience, a hunter mindset, and the ambition to help scale a category‑defining security company.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full sales cycle across the French market, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid‑market opportunities.
- Develop trusted relationships with CISOs, security leaders, IT teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Represent the company in France, acting as the primary commercial point of contact for customers and partners.
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to refine positioning, messaging, and product feedback loops.
- Help define and execute the company’s go‑to‑market strategy for France and broader European expansion.
- Contribute to pricing strategy, sales processes and overall commercial operations.
- Build repeatable outbound and account expansion motions suitable for scaling the sales organization over time.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across France and Europe.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to help shape product and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with significant exposure to cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex enterprise sales environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, security operations, risk management, or security tooling.
- Experience selling to CISOs, security teams, IT leaders, and enterprise decision‑makers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment. Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with product and technical teams. Native or fluent French and professional English proficiency.
- Based in France, with willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
