Bonx is a VC-backed SaaS startup revolutionizing the ERP market. We are hiring a Founding Account Executive to close strategic deals, execute our sales playbook, and help scale our revenue engine across Europe and the US. You will be instrumental in reaching our ambitious revenue targets and building the foundation for our sales team’s growth.

Location: Paris, in our offices in the Marais (75003)

To support this ambitious journey, we’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to own a significant quota, close high-value deals, and help refine our commercial approach.

About the role

This is a pivotal role in our commercial team, working closely with the Head of Sales and other early sales hires. You will be responsible for executing our sales process from discovery to close, winning high-value accounts, and contributing to the development of scalable sales practi

ces. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Executing and refining Bonx’s sales process to close mid-market deals (€10k–€100k+)
  • Managing the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Participating to the overall prospecting efforts
  • Driving at least €150k+ ARR in closed deals in your first quarter without CEO support
  • Providing feedback to improve our sales playbook, pricing, and value proposition
  • Collaborating with SDRs and marketing to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Coaching junior sales reps (as we scale) and helping onboard new AEs
  • Building trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers
  • Tracking KPIs in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and delivering on revenue goals
  • You will be central to our growth trajectory and will have direct exposure to Bonx’s strategic decision-making

Qualifications

  • -You Have5+ years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals (€10k–€100k+)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in fast-paced environments
  • -Experience coaching junior reps (bonus if you’ve been in an early-stage sales role)
  • -Exposure to a tier-1 tech company or high-growth startup
  • -Strong deal strategy skills and mastery of MEDDIC methodology
  • -Excellent negotiation and executive communication abilities
  • -High grit, empathy, and ability to design tailored solutions for complex problems
  • -Strong CRM discipline and data orientation (HubSpot)
  • -Fluent in English and native in French
  • -Hands-on, self-starter attitude and comfort working with ambiguity
  • -Prior experience with manufacturing, ERP, or industrial software is a plus
