Founding Account Exec — Remote, High-Impact ARR & Equity

Garuda Ventures-backed Starlight seeks its first dedicated Account Executive to turn early commercial traction into repeatable revenue. This full-cycle role handles outbound prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing, selling to credit unions, banks, fintechs, and affordable housing orgs.

You'll inherit some leads but must build new pipeline through events, partners, referrals, and reactivation, with equity unlocks tied to ARR milestones as you scale the sales engine.
