Founders’ Ops & Paris HQ Lead

Lucis is building the OS for human longevity and seeks a strategic, proactive EA / workplace manager to amplify the founders' impact and keep the Paris HQ running seamlessly. You will manage complex, multi-time-zone calendars, travel logistics, and day-to-day operations to free the founders to focus on high-value work.

You’ll own the Paris hub end-to-end: vendor relationships, onboarding, invoicing and HR workflows, plus planning team events and pop-ups as we expand.
