As a product-focused Founders Associate, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of **tech, design and product** - helping to shape the future of Corma’s IT platform. You’ll contribute directly to how our users experience our platform and how our roadmap evolves.**What you'll do*** **Product Design**

• Contribute to the product’s UX/UI design process in collaboration with our CTO and developers* **Product Lifecycle Ownership**
• Get involved in the full product cycle: research, prototyping, product specification writing, development follow-up, testing, iteration, and analysis* **Product analytics -*
• Use product analytics tools and SQL queries to extract insights and measure impact.* **Customer Insights**
• Engage with clients to understand user needs, analyze behaviors, and identify opportunities for improvement.* **Product Marketing**
• Support product announcements, write clear documentation, and help communicate product updates internally and externally.* **Customer Success Collaboration**
• Actively participate in post- feature launch feedback sessions* **Bridge Between Tech & Business**
