The Role

As a Founder’s Associate at INFINIT you own a portfolio of customers within your market. You are the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, co‑creating solutions, and driving product adoption. You act as the product manager for your portfolio: you identify customer needs, translate them into product requirements, collaborate with engineering and ship AI‑assisted solutions.

What do we want to achieve together?

• Own your customer portfolio end‑to‑end: answer questions, manage relationship health, product adoption, renewal, upsell, and churn prevention.
• Become the expert on your customers’ businesses: understand usage patterns, feature gaps, and drivers of retention.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, HubSpot automations, internal prompt libraries): to spend >60% of your time on proactive, high‑value work.
• Translate customer problems into product requirements and work with engineering to deliver solutions.
• Drive product feature adoption across your portfolio and build the adoption playbook.
• Make your customers wildly successful by anticipating needs, shipping creative solutions, and ensuring retention and expansion.
• Build and refine playbooks that become the standard for the team.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• You enjoy talking to customers and solving their problems; you proactively reach out to ensure success.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of building or initiating projects.
• Exceptional learning ability; you pick up new domains quickly, connect dots others miss, and thrive in ambiguity. A degree from a top‑tier university or equivalent proof of rapid learning is desirable.
• High energy and self‑direction. You don’t wait for permission to move and have thrived in high‑performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, or high‑growth startups.
• Bilingual: fluent English plus at least one of Spanish, French, German, or Italian to communicate across markets.
• You are a natural communicator who makes customers feel heard and can translate complex product issues into clear engineer requirements.
• No technical background required; curiosity, tenacity, and a passion for AI and problem solving are essential.
