Founder's Office: Strategy & Operations Associate

H, a pioneering AI startup, is seeking a hands-on operator to work closely with the CEO. You will own calendar management, prepare meetings with context and talking points, and chase actions to closure while coordinating with investors, customers, and partners.

You will also oversee scheduling for high‑value trips, draft memos and slides, and gather updates from across teams to surface risks early with fixes. Travel across the US and Europe is expected.
