Founder's Associate (GTM, Growth & Ops)
Jinko is building travel infrastructure for AI agents. We give agents one integration to search, book, pay for and service flights, hotels and activities, through MCP, a CLI and an API. We are building the search and execution layer AI agents need to perform real travel bookings.
Travel is one of the biggest categories in online commerce and easily the most painful to plug into. Everyone building agents runs into a regulatory and supply access wall. Our job is to unlock travel capabilities for agents. We're already working with leading agents such as Exa.AI and most of our customers are based in the Silicon Valley building the next generation of AI apps.

Team
We\'re repeat travel founders with a successful exit behind us. We\'ve worked together for the last ten years, we led European expansion at Hopper as it grew into a unicorn, and we\'re still obsessed with travel. It\'s a brutal industry where the hard parts are invisible from the outside, which is exactly why we came back to it.
We\'re passionate, fast-moving and international, with high ambitions and low tolerance for ego. We value teamwork, the right to fail fast and learn, resilience and humility. And travel is non-negotiable: we book our own trips through Jinko, we find the bugs before our customers do, and we think you should be able to build a company that matters and still take the trip.
What you\'ll do
You'll work directly with the founders on whatever needs the most attention that week. It\'s a genuinely generalist role, sitting somewhere between go-to-market and operations:
- Go-to-market. Own the top of the funnel for agent builders and platforms. Build the target lists, run outbound, qualify what comes in, and keep the CRM in a state where it actually tells us something. You\'ll join calls, write the follow-ups and keep deals moving.
- Growth. Everything here is developer-first: content, docs experiments, demo apps, hackathons, meetups, partner launches. You\'ll test messaging, watch what converts and drop what doesn\'t.
- Customer support ops. Help us define what support looks like at Jinko. Set up the basics so agents can service their own bookings, then work out where automation can take the load off our CS operation as volume grows.
- Market intelligence. Follow agentic commerce closely: what\'s shipping across MCP, agentic payments, OTAs, airlines and the labs. Tell us what deserves a reaction.
The balance between these will shift as we grow. What won\'t change is that anything you take on is yours to run.
