What Are We Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Founder associate to support our CEO, Eden, and our Chief of Staff, Fanny. This role is a 360° immersion into startup life, with the chance to touch everything from fundraising to operations, finance, strategy, and people. You'll gain hands-on experience in building a biotech company from the ground up and help shape the future of infant nutrition.
What You'll Do
Fundraising & investor relations
Prepare decks, data rooms, and due diligence docs
- Manage our investor pipeline: CRM, follow-ups, meetings
Conduct market research to sharpen our positioning
Finance & accounting
Keep financial forecasts sharp and up-to-date
- Support investor reportings
Categorize expenses and help us track cashflow in real time
Non-dilutive funding & events
Spot every grant, competition, and funding opportunity
Map key events and make sure Nūmi shines on stage
People & operations
Support recruitment (sourcing, first screens)
- Help run the office & labs smoothly (samples, suppliers, logistics)
- Organize internal events, offsites, and team moments
Requirements
What we value
- Currently in a top-tier master's program (business, engineering, or equivalent)
- Previous internship experience (≥ 6 months), ideally in startups or fast-paced environments
- Entrepreneurial spirit: fast learner, curious, problem-solver
- Strong ownership: organized, proactive, solution-oriented
- Team player: positive energy, collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication: French & English
