Forward Deployed Engineer - U.S. Government (Hybrid)

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, U.S. Government to work on a full-time basis to deliver AI solutions directly to government stakeholders. This role involves deploying and managing advanced AI systems in operational environments to support mission-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain AI models and infrastructure in government environments with strict compliance requirements.

Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting for AI systems deployed in high-stakes government operations.

Collaborate with government teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and decision-making processes.

Conduct training sessions and documentation for government personnel on AI tool usage and best practices.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience deploying and managing AI systems in enterprise or government environments.

Proficiency in Python, C++, or similar programming languages for AI model development and deployment.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including AI/ML services.

Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn for model optimization.

Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards relevant to government deployments.

Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work in high-pressure environments with clear documentation and reporting requirements.
