The role

You will be the first Forward Deployed Engineer for the French market.

• Fast‑track opportunity with high growth and impact.
• Lead the deployment of AI into our customers’ operations.
• Collaborate with the Deployment Strategist to transform complex customer needs into AI‑powered workflows, automations, and custom solutions with immediate business impact.
• Own technical deployments, from scoping and prototyping to production rollout with clients.
• Rapidly build and iterate prototypes using AI tools, automation platforms, and integrations to validate ideas and deliver value fast.
• Design and maintain scalable automations and internal tools using technologies such as n8n, LangChain, and emerging AI frameworks.
• Bridge customer needs, operations, and engineering to ensure custom solutions are impactful and scalable.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across multiple deployments and push the boundaries of AI automation.

The role is not

• A Software Engineer role.
• A core product engineering role for Bonx.
• Primarily a technical deployment, solutions, or AI automation engineer role.

Candidate profile

• Native French, professional English – non‑negotiable.
• 4–7 years managing complex IT projects or hands‑on consulting with a strong on‑site delivery track record.
• Engineering degree or strong technical background.
• Strong desire to experience the intensity of an early‑stage startup.
• Comfortable with generative AI and AI‑powered workflows.
• Rapid prototyping, testing, and iterative improvement based on feedback.
• Builder mindset: resourceful, hands‑on, focused on execution.
• Systems thinker – scales processes rather than one‑off fixes.
• Driven and ambitious.
